How much is domestic shipping?

All purchases of Lunalay bottles come with free standard shipping within Australia. 

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. A flat rate fee of $9 applies to any order below this amount.

How does ordering work?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  We will fulfil your order as soon as we can but please allow 1-2 business days from placing your order. You will also be sent a tracking link

How much is shipping outside of Australia?

If you are outside of Australia, shipping will be charged at $14.99 AUD for standard shipping, and $24.99 for express. 

How long does Domestic shipping take?

Once your order is out for shipment, approximate delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:

Australia: avg. 2-4 business days (after fulfilment)

Delays may be experienced over public holidays and long weekends.

How long does International shipping take?

Once your order is out for shipment, approximate delivery times for standard shipping are as follows: 

Asia: avg. 5-7 business days (after fulfilment)

United States: avg. 5-8 business days (after fulfilment)

United Kingdom: avg. 6-10 business days (after fulfilment)

Rest of the world: avg. 6-20 business days (after fulfilment)

I need my order as fast as possible. Can I purchase express shipping?

Yes, express shipping can be purchased for an additional cost of $10AUD. You will see this option at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number in an email once your order has been dispatched.

What if I want to purchase more than 4 bottles? 

We provide special discounts to larger order. Please send an email to info@lunalay.com.au and we will assist with your order.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide* and all orders are dispatched within 2 business days of placing your order. 

Currently, we’re not shipping to Afghanistan, Columbia, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, South Africa, Sudan, Syria and Yemen due to unreliable shipping carrier services. If you are from one of these countries, please contact info@lunalay.com.au for more information regarding shipping alternatives.

Will I have to pay customs and duties?

Once you order reaches its destination outside of Australia, it may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit? 

Each Lunalay bottle is carefully checked before it is shipped out and packaged with great care and attention to detail. Therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse.

If your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness, please contact the shipping carrier for further information.
